Applied AI Lead

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and build AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows inside client systems
• Write production-quality code to move solutions from pilot to scaled deployment
• Integrate AI tooling with clients' data platforms and OT environments
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams, including testing and hand-off to client teams
• Bridge business and technical teams by translating requirements into technical specs
• Collaborate with AI Transformation Managers and client engineering teams to align on constraints

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience building and shipping software or AI/ML solutions, including production
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI: LLMs, AI agents, copilots, RAG, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python or another relevant language; experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, data platforms, or OT environments
• Comfort working directly with client technical teams and explaining technical trade-offs to
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
