Applied AI Lead

📋 Description

• Build, prototype, and ship AI-enabled solutions inside client environments
• Design, prototype, and build AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows
• Write production-quality code to move solutions from pilot to scaled deployment
• Integrate AI tooling with clients' existing data platforms, applications, and OT environments
• Own technical delivery of assigned workstreams end to end
• Bridge Business and Technical Teams and translate requirements into technical specs

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience building and shipping software or AI/ML solutions
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI: LLMs, AI agents, copilots, RAG, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python or other languages; experience with AI/ML frameworks and AWS/Azure/GCP
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems, data platforms, or OT environments
• Comfort working with client technical teams and explaining tech to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field
