📋 Description

• Identify new classes of AI systems with the System Discovery team.
• Explore architectures, modalities, and compositions to reshape work with AI.
• Develop prototypes revealing new human–AI collaboration categories.
• Collaborate across domains to uncover system archetypes.
• Prototype unconventional problem definitions and verify effectiveness.
• Work in an AI-native environment influencing large-scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building a wide breadth of systems (retrieval pipelines, reasoning agents, evaluation
• Experience building with models, not just building models; expertise in compound AI systems and
• Proven track record of research results (publications, notable work).
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate workflow (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity).
• Strong programming and data analysis skills; ability to prototype ideas and run experiments.
• Bias toward demonstrable results over abstract discussion.
