  • Builder mentality; designed AR systems and SOPs from scratch.
  • Systems fluency: Stripe, CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), ERP.
  • Multi-entity experience across currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Remote team leadership; managed distributed/offshore teams.
  • Operational rigor; root-cause analysis and practical solutions.
