AR Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end O2C: invoicing, collections, cash app, reconciliations.
• Final escalation point for complex billing and collection issues.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM, billing and ERP.
• Manage and scale AR analysts team (Philippines).
• Build and maintain AR playbook: policies, SOPs, internal controls.
• Own DSO metric; monitor aging and cash conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years AR or Revenue Ops; 3+ years leading a team.
• Builder mentality; designed AR systems and SOPs from scratch.
• Systems fluency: Stripe, CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), ERP.
• Multi-entity experience across currencies and jurisdictions.
• Remote team leadership; managed distributed/offshore teams.
• Operational rigor; root-cause analysis and practical solutions.
