ArcGIS Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer ArcGIS Enterprise environment (Portal, Server, Data Store).
• Ensure GIS platform stability, security, and high availability.
• Collaborate with GIS staff, IT, and analysts on workflows.
• Support upgrades, patches, and migrations for ArcGIS components.
• Maintain documentation and change management records.
• On-site role based in Washington, DC.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ArcGIS Enterprise administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS/CS/IT or related field (equivalent experience may apply).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise geodatabases (SDE) and databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux for enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Esri stack.
• Security best practices: user/role management, authentication, hardening.
