Architectural Designer I, Site Planning

📋 Description

• Assist in development and production of site planning concepts
• Perform zoning code research for land developments
• Coordinate architectural and civil drawings
• Design and review site plans for new and existing projects
• Work in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively to support project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Architecture; recent graduates welcome
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam
• Ability to research building codes and local zoning regulations
• Ability to read civil drawings, topography, wetlands maps
• Knowledge of site planning principles (vehicle circulation, drainage, etc.)
