📋 Description

  • Architectural resource for building envelope, layouts, and code reviews
  • Support permitting and design coordination across data center projects
  • Review envelope assemblies, roofing, doors, finishes for code/compliance
  • Coordinate life-safety plans with Fire Protection Engineer and AHJs
  • Support permit submittals and drive plan-review resolution
  • Ensure water-tightness milestones gate MEP rough-in

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in architectural/architectural-engineering
  • IBC, egress, life-safety design experience
  • Envelope expertise: air/vapor barriers, roofs
  • AHJ plan-review experience across jurisdictions
  • Revit packages, specs, submittals proficiency
  • RA/PE preferred; data center/industrial a plus
