Area Collections Manager - Recoveries

📋 Description

• own collection performance for the assigned geography and bucket(s); understand local portfolio
• lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-5 direct reports; set clear expectations, review productivity
• manage 3-6 collection agencies across the assigned geography; ensure adequate capacity, drive
• own resolution and recovery targets for the assigned portfolio; analyse MIS and key collection
• ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and the code of conduct for collections
• work closely with operations, risk, legal, analytics, and agency management teams to resolve

🎯 Requirements
