Area Director

📋 Description

• Oversees residential programs and services across assigned region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for high-quality services for
• Drive operational growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage budgets, staffing
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, support staff, and state management to ensure
• Lead leadership development and implement program performance and growth initiatives for IDD/DD

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5+ years experience in residential IDD/DD or related services.
• 2+ years leadership experience overseeing multiple programs or sites.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver services, and IDOH/CARF standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new tech.
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record.
