📋 Description

• The Area Director – DD/IDD Services oversees all residential programs and services across the
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services
• Lead budget management, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, program performance
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, support staff, and state management to drive
• Focus on leadership development, operational excellence, compliance oversight, financial

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology
• Experience: 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs.
• Leadership: 2+ years overseeing multiple programs/sites or leadership teams.
• Program Knowledge: Person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new platforms.
• Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with qualifying driving record.
