Area Director- DD / IDD Services

📋 Description

• Oversee all residential programs and services across the assigned region (Lafayette, IN area).
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services
• Manage budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, program performance
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, staff, and state management teams to drive
• Lead growth initiatives and develop new business opportunities within the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
• 5+ years of experience in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs/sites.
• Understanding of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver services, and IDOH/CARF
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting agency insurance requirements.
