📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs and services across a region.
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for high‑quality services.
• Lead budget, staffing, licensing, compliance, and program performance.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Directors, and state management.
• Focus on leadership development, growth, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD or similar settings.
• 2+ years of leadership experience across multiple programs.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/HCBS, CARF/IDOH standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tech.
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record.
