📋 Description

• Oversee residential programs across the region to drive quality and growth.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight.
• Lead budget management, staffing, licensing, and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, and state teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in Human Services or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services.
• Leadership: 2+ years overseeing multiple programs.
• Program Knowledge: person-centered supports; Medicaid/CIH/HCBS; IDOH/CARF.
• Technical: Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new tech.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license.
