Area Director- DD / IDD Services

📋 Description

• Oversee all residential programs across assigned region
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight
• Support growth, business opportunities, and high-quality services
• Manage budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance, and policy development
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, and state team
• Drive operational excellence and regulatory readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD or related programs
• 2+ years in leadership overseeing multiple programs
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/HCBS Waiver
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adapting to new tech
• Valid driver’s license meeting insurance requirements
