Area Director- DD / IDD Services

📋 Description

• Oversee residential programs across a region
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight
• Manage budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance
• Drive growth, marketing, and proposals
• Collaborate with Area Managers and state teams
• Ensure person-centered service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD or similar
• 2+ years of leadership over multiple programs
• Knowledge of Medicaid/CIH/HCBS and IDOH/CARF standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adapting to new tech
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record
