📋 Description

• Oversee multiple residential homes and staff teams
• Provide leadership, operational oversight, program support
• Ensure person-centered services and compliance with requirements
• Lead team development and staff coaching
• Maintain readiness for audits and licensing reviews
• Collaborate with staff, individuals served, families and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 2–3+ years supporting individuals with IDD or related services
• Supervisory/management experience in residential or human services
• Understanding of person-centered supports and Medicaid HCBS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and new tech
• Valid driver’s license with insurability
