📋 Description

• The Area Manager oversees multiple residential homes and staff teams within an assigned region
• This role focuses on team leadership, staff development, program operations, compliance oversight
• The Area Manager also plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability, addressing

🎯 Requirements

• Must Have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field required, including
• Experience: 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental
• Program Knowledge: Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new
• Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency
