📋 Description

• Oversee multiple residential homes and staff within region.
• Provide leadership, operational oversight, and ensure compliance.
• Lead program operations, staff development, and program support.
• Partner with staff, individuals served, families, and stakeholders.
• Maintain operational stability and readiness for audits and licensing reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in Human Services or related field.
• Experience: 2–3+ years in IDD/long-term care with supervisory experience.
• Program Knowledge: person-centered supports, compliance, Medicaid Waivers/HCBS.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new platforms.
• Liciensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
