Area Manager - DD/IDD Services

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple residential homes and staff in an assigned region.
• Provide leadership, operational oversight, and program support.
• Ensure person-centered services and compliance with state, licensing, and Medicaid requirements.
• Lead teams, develop staff, and ensure compliant care across programs.
• Maintain operational stability and address program concerns in community settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2–3+ years supporting individuals with IDD or related services; prior supervision preferred.
• Understanding of person-centered supports and Medicaid/HCBS regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new tech.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
