📋 Description

  • Oversees multiple residential homes and staff teams within an assigned region, providing

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology
  • Experience: 2–3+ years supporting individuals with IDD or community-based services, with
  • Program Knowledge: Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards and Medicaid
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record for insurance.
  • Nice to Have: Multi-site residential experience, staff development, data-driven performance
