🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree or Engineer Diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years in commercial/sales with team management.
Strong background in animal nutrition and health; knowledge of local market players.
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and buyers; contract terms understanding.
Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
