Area Manager - New Grad

📋 Description

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30–100 (with training and support from your site leadership as
• Communicate policies to your team and act as the primary information source for the team
• Create, manage, and support recognition programs across your department.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all
• Be an integral part of our Operations team as an Area Manager at one of our largest fulfillment
• Own performance reporting for your areas of responsibility within the FC, including on-time

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree completed within the last 12 months, or expected within the next few months.
• Demonstrated leadership experience — this can come from campus organizations, athletics
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort learning new processes quickly in a fast-paced, sometimes
• Strong computer literacy, including comfort with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, personable approach with a strong affinity for working cross-functionally.
