📋 Description

• Manage Cleveland market with distributors and retailers to hit monthly volume goals.
• Develop and nurture distributor partnerships and drive high-velocity sales in the region.
• Conduct weekly route rides with partners to identify opportunities and optimize routes.
• Provide field reports and collaborate with ASMs and directors to improve distribution and display.
• Coordinate incentive programs to guide distributor organizations toward objectives.
• Collaborate with field marketing to create plans to grow market share.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong relationship-building and field sales experience in retail/distribution.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel within market; occasional travel to other markets.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite; experience with Slack/Zoom preferred.
