📋 Description

• Casting and talent sourcing for shoots (Photographers, Hair & Makeup, etc.).
• Manage budgets, estimates, and invoices for production.
• Source and negotiate with top talent and creatives in womenswear.
• Secure the best creative deals for production and creative execution.
• Coordinate internal production logistics and administration (call sheets, etc.).
• Maintain budget plans and follow-up on outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Art Buyer, Casting director, or Agent for Women’s Fashion.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing models, photographers, stylists within womenswear.
• Excellent negotiator with solid understanding of legal contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Able to adapt to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
