• Asset Creation & Adaptation: Develop Always On assets across formats, platforms, markets, and
• CRM & Social First Execution: Translate concepts into high-quality CRM and social visuals.
• Guidelines & Technical Accuracy: Ensure brand guidelines and specs are followed.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with Creative Directors, Content Managers, Copywriters, and PMs.
• Workstream Management: Handle multiple streams to meet timelines.
• Quality & Innovation: Elevate visual quality and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital/Visual Designer with CRM, email, and Always On social content.
• Deep familiarity with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of production specs, social best practices, and CRM design standards.
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
