📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual designs for digital ads, social media, email, presentations, and
• Communicate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Present concepts and designs to client partners with clear language.
• Take creative direction from leads on various projects.
• Partner with copywriters and collaborate with designers, developers, and leads to produce
• Maintain consistent creative quality and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an art director or within a design capacity.
• Advanced English is a must.
• Portfolio showing concept and design-driven digital work (web, email, social, video, etc.).
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects and motion skills a plus.
• Strong typography, illustration, and layout understanding.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and AI innovations.
