Articling Student - Bar of Quebec - Internship

📋 Description

• Assist the legal team in analyzing contracts, IP, consumer law and privacy issues; conduct related
• Draft and review legal documents: confidentiality agreements, software licenses, supplier
• Support protection of trademark and copyright portfolio: clearance searches and proofs of trademark
• Assist on special projects with operational and corporate teams; perform related tasks.
• Support implementing and improving tools (CLM, clause library) and internal documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and passed the Quebec Bar exam.
• Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong ability to draft legal texts with solid analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize, be rigorous, and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of the video game industry is a plus.
