Aseptic Product Quality Associate Director

📋 Description

• Lead the Aseptic External & Product Quality Assurance Eye Care Global Team with aseptic
• Conduct due diligence visits to prospective external partners (TPMs/CMOs) with cross-functional
• Perform hands-on assessments of aseptic operations, drive best practices across external partners
• Provide technical quality leadership for aseptic investigations and CAPAs
• Monitor emerging tech/regulatory trends in aseptic manufacturing and contamination control
• Oversee external manufacturing quality to ensure compliance and proactive risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or technical field; graduate degree desired
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance Operations/Regulatory/Tech support in pharma; direct regulatory
• Knowledge of sterile/pharma techs and quality systems; strong problem solving and cross-cultural
• Experience with third-party external manufacturing requirements
