Aseptic Product Quality Associate Director

📋 Description

• Lead the Aseptic External & Product Quality Assurance Eye Care Global Team by developing and
• Conduct due diligence visits to prospective external partners (TPMs/CMOs) as a cross-functional
• Perform hands-on assessments of aseptic manufacturing operations and controls.
• Provide technical leadership for aseptic investigations, including root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Monitor emerging technologies, regulatory expectations, and industry trends in aseptic
• Provide quality oversight of external manufacturing to ensure regulatory compliance and risk

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or technical field; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance Operations/Regulatory/Technical roles in pharma; 5+ years plant
• Knowledge of sterile, biological, and aseptic manufacturing technologies and related QA/QC
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities; able to manage multiple tasks and
• Experience with third-party external manufacturing and regulatory inspections.
