🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline required with 3+ years of experience OR Master's
Experience with LC/MS is required
Strong background in synthetic organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms
Ability to work independently and in a team; good communication skills
Experience in nucleoside chemistry or oligonucleotide synthesis preferred
