Assembly Integration & Test Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians for spacecraft assembly
• Develop integration strategies and manufacturing processes for efficient satellite assembly.
• Build production schedules and balance quality, cost, and resources for production activities.
• Collaborate with Systems/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program
• Improve production standards, contamination control, ESD practices, and change management.
• Drive readiness through continuous improvement of workflows and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in AIT, manufacturing engineering, or integration of complex aerospace hardware.
• Experience leading technical teams in production/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop integration plans and spacecraft test plans from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of clean rooms, contamination control, ESD, and aerospace standards.
• Experience managing production schedules, changes, nonconformance, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with MES, MRP, ERP, and production planning tools.
