📋 Description

• Assemble factory-built substations and read blueprints
• Read layouts and position parts using machinery and tools
• Operate safety equipment and maintain safe work habits
• Move and secure parts with hoists or cranes
• Keep the facility clean and perform preventive maintenance
• Attend safety meetings and promote company goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Read measuring devices (tape, rules, squares)
• Experience with hand tools (wrenches, hammer, screwdriver)
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred
