📋 Description

• Assemble a variety of products per standard work instructions and prints.
• Operate and set up production equipment/fixtures as needed.
• Develop proficiency in multiple assembly tasks with safety and productivity focus.
• Perform line clearance, changeover, and basic material prep.
• Inspect own and others' work, perform basic repairs, and document results.
• Maintain accurate material identification and reporting; adhere to policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years mechanical assembly preferred.
• Language: Read/write/speak English; follow instructions and report issues.
• Math: Basic arithmetic, tolerances, and measurement basics.
• Reasoning: Apply common sense, report quality issues, suggest improvements.
• Skills: Basic computer use, online documentation, teamwork; ability to work in controlled/clean
