Asset Manager

📋 Description

• Optimize rental portfolios to maximize NOI across regions.
• Advise property managers on leasing, marketing, renewals, and revenue management.
• Develop budget and analyze variances to guide investments and acquisitions.
• Monitor market and investor performance trends; influence strategic initiatives.
• Produce financial reports and maintain models for lender deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years asset management experience in multifamily or SFR.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work with institutional investors.
• Experience building KPI reports and deriving actionable insights.
• Comfort with change, technology, and a high-growth environment.
