Assistant Accountant- Capital Market

📋 Description

• Support delivery of high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients across
• Prepare and post bookkeeping entries, accounts payable/receivable, loan transactions and bank
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with VAT returns, basic tax filings, management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Maintain supplier, loan and accounting records; ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Client Accounting team and contribute to process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed ACCA Level 2 and/or degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' accounting experience with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn/use NAV, Viewpoint and Value Financials.
• Understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS and related frameworks; willingness to develop knowledge.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; proactive team player.
