📋 Description

• Oversee processing of daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Lead sales, operations, and client service; coach teller team.
• Support operational tasks; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow policies to minimize risk and support audits.
• Engage clients using Banner Way; present tailored financial solutions.
• Refer clients to partners for additional expertise when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of retail banking experience required.
• Experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project or team required.
