Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations under the Clinical Nurse Manager and Executive Director.
• Oversee RN, LVN, and MA staff with training and role clarity to stay at top of license.
• Coordinate care for chronic and acute participants and ensure transitions of care.
• Develop workforce plans and staffing to meet participant needs.
• Participate in direct participant care within RN scope and mentor direct reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with unencumbered RN license; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience with frail/elderly population.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience and 1 year case management or related specialty preferred.
• Experience leading in a data-driven organization; able to use reports to manage people/projects.
• Willing to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, overtime.
