📋 Description

• Dual role with planning, organization, and execution of luxury travel experiences
• Operational expertise, customer service, and luxury travel market understanding
• Primary contact for member inquiries pre, during, and post trip
• Assist Expedition Leader in itinerary execution, planning, and on-site logistics
• Coordinate with air crew and hotels for bookings and guest services
• Assist in managing trip budget and on-trip funds

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, hospitality, tourism, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in travel industry, luxury segment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations
• Experience in customer service and handling sensitive information
