Assistant Faculty (Part-Time), Accounting

📋 Description

• Analyze student participation in online discussions and respond per lead instructor guidance.
• Support ongoing student communications and escalate complex concerns to faculty.
• Assist with grading and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Monitor engagement levels and identify students needing support; suggest strategies.
• Provide tutoring, live sessions, student outreach, and other academic support.
• Help create supplemental instructional materials and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA with Accounting concentration or coursework in Intermediate
• At least 5 years of professional accounting experience preferred, plus teaching experience; online
• CPA certification, active or inactive, is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage with faculty and learners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
