Assistant General Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection

📋 Description

• Advise on all aspects of EMEA privacy and data protection laws.
• Guide product development and other teams on EMEA compliance for new/enhanced products and services.
• Provide legal guidance regarding clinical trials, data analytics, HR, commercial contracting
• Work with privacy team to develop strategic and global privacy approaches.
• Develop and deliver training.
• Provide legal guidance on data subject requests related to Intuitive’s privacy practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of privacy law experience, GDPR focus.
• Law degree (JD or equivalent) and licensed to practice.
• CIPP/E certification required.
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on data privacy, digital laws, and AI technologies.
• Life sciences/medical devices industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong cross-functional collaboration; English plus at
