📋 Description

• Go-to counsel for AI/data products and ML programs
• Advise on model development, multimodal outputs, and clinical use
• Develop practical mitigations for AI-related legal risks
• Shape regulatory positions and liaise with regulators/external counsel
• Support privacy impact and data governance for AI training/deployment
• Collaborate with product/compliance on AI principles

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years legal experience; 6+ in AI/ML or tech
• In-house experience required
• Strong ability to translate AI concepts to non-legal teams
• Knowledge of IP, copyright in AI outputs, data rights
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, novel issues
• Ability to build processes and contract language for frontier AI
