📋 Description

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift in the restaurant.
• Open and close the restaurant; manage cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations
• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time; oversee crew performance.
• Handle all products in the restaurant (pork, beef, chicken, mushrooms).
• Stay until the job is done, not just what’s on the schedule.
