Assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments for the
Oversee day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and
Mentor and develop other managers by example and guidance.
Adhere to policies and procedures; ensure the crew follows them.
Active daily encouragement of current team members and recruiting great new people.
