📋 Description

• Lead shifts in a high-volume Domino’s store to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Support the General Manager in daily operations and act as a role model for policies and brand
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate on inventory, ordering, and operational initiatives to drive store performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ to drive).
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
