• Lead shifts in a high-volume store to meet service etc.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Coach and develop Team Members; support scheduling and labor management.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate store equipment and manage time/multi-tasking.
• Support inventory, ordering, and promotions with the GM.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+, 21+ to drive.
• RPM training completion; strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
