📋 Description

• The Assistant Manager leads store operations, runs shifts, and delivers customer service while
• Supports the General Manager in daily operations and trainings for Team Members.
• Signs off on RPM/Pizza College training programs and brand standards.
• Oversees scheduling, labor management, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handles inventory, ordering, and operational initiatives with the GM.
• Works a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive (local requirement).
• Completed RPM training and strong communication skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with leadership potential.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Ability to perform essential duties with/without accommodation.
