• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Assist scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.

• Support inventory, ordering, and operational initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive.
• Completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
