📋 Description

• The Assistant Manager leads store operations, runs shifts, delivers customer service, and supports
• Ongoing leadership and development for Team Members; trains, coaches, and ensures team performance.
• Manages scheduling, labor, attendance, safety, and sanitation; operates all store equipment.
• Supports inventory, ordering, and promotional/operational initiatives.
• Works a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ to drive).
• Successful completion of RPM training and Domino’s / RPM programs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
