• Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations: customer service, food prep, inventory
• Supervise and train team members, provide coaching, and enforce policies.

• Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance and reach goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management; act as GM in GM's absence.
