• Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Oversee store operations, greet customers, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate product prep.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Deliver products by vehicle safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance per grooming standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVRC check; insured vehicle and valid license.
• Strong personal standards and a positive attitude for customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as the store is open 365 days.
• Minimum age 18.
